While we make reasonable efforts to verify the information we publish, we do not warrant the completeness or absolute accuracy of any article, and information may become outdated after publication.

13.1 US Users
Wyoming law governs. Disputes resolved by binding AAA arbitration in Sheridan, WY or remotely; jury trial and class action rights waived.
13.2 EU Users
Riedenstedt does not direct its services specifically at consumers in the European Union (see Section 2, Intended Audience, above). Accordingly, we do not consider the mandatory consumer-protective jurisdiction rules of the Brussels Ia Regulation (EU) 1215/2012 to confer jurisdiction over these Terms on that basis, and the governing law and arbitration provisions of Section 13.1 apply regardless of a user’s location within the European Union. As a courtesy, and without prejudice to the foregoing, EU-based readers who nonetheless wish to raise an unresolved complaint may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13.3 UK Users
UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies. UK courts available to UK consumers.
14. General Provisions
These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement. Unenforceability of any provision does not affect the remainder. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms may be modified at any time; continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.
